Outside Living

Tapeka Del Mar provides the ultimate New Zealand beach holiday living experience.  Few locations provide unobstructed views and direct access to a sandy beach.  Relax on the large deck and watch the ever changing scenery of passing boats. Walk on the beach or swim out to the diving pontoon in front - where the tide is always in. Unlike most locations, there is no road between the house and the beach eliminating traffic noise and making it safe for children. Walk to the top of Tapeka Point for even better views or take one of the kayaks to explore the secluded bays. Play games on the lawn or help the children am the creek or catch an eel - the options are endless.
